The Liwaza platform is operated by Chinery SAS, a company registered in France under SIREN 938 593 290, with its registered office at 60 RUE FRANCOIS IER, 75008 PARIS.

Liwaza collects certain personal information when you use our services, including but not limited to:

• Payment information (via Stripe)

• Academic profile information and application materials
• Test scores and preparation progress

This data is stored during the duration of your subscription (and 6 months after the end of your subscription), unless otherwise indicated by you or required for service delivery.

Liwaza provides software, content, and coaching across graduate admissions, secondary and family pathways, and institutional partnerships. Depending on your plan or contract, services may include the following (non exhaustive):

• Graduate and professional school applicants (MBA, Executive MBA, MPA, MSc Finance, MIM/PGE, specialized masters): AI assisted guidance for GRE, English tests (including IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC where relevant), TAGE MAGE where relevant for French tracks, interview practice, CV and essay feedback (AI does not write essays or CVs for candidates), application tracking, and optional one on one review with alumni or coaches.
• Parents, students, and secondary schools: Long runway programmes toward international readiness (for example SAT and English certifications), family facing resources, and seat or school based offerings such as computer lab licences, reporting, and cohort oriented workflows as described on our schools and families pages.
• Enterprises: Programmes and touchpoints for employers sponsoring executives toward top graduate degrees, aligned with our enterprise offering.
• Education agencies and accredited agent networks: Partnership models, directories, onboarding, and revenue share or similar arrangements as published for agents.
• Universities and higher education recruitment: Pipeline, outreach, and related services where we offer university recruitment or B2B solutions.
• NGOs, governments, and pilots: Scoped pilot programmes with reporting where we advertise them (for example via demo or pilot flows).
• AI insights for profile building including plagiarism detection, uniqueness analysis, assertiveness scoring, and entropy metrics where offered
• Community forum access and networking where available on the platform

Not every visitor or customer receives every item above: access depends on the product, subscription, licence, or contract you choose. Some entry points are free; paid access is typically billed through Stripe or separate B2B agreements.

7. User Accounts and Content

Users can create an account and publish content on the platform. You can request account deletion by sending an email to contact@liwaza.org. All user-generated content is subject to moderation to ensure a respectful and secure environment.

We do not share users' personal data with third parties without consent. However, we may use aggregated data for research and analysis purposes. We integrate with external tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, and Stripe for enhanced functionality.
